At 3 PM November 11^th, the Award Ceremony for Fortune China 500 took place at Park Hyatt Beijing. Andy Serwer, managing editor of Fortune, presented the certificate to Song Zhiping, chairman of China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) and China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation (Sinopharm); Yao Yan, president of CNBM and She Lulin, president of Sinopharm. Song drew close attention as the chairman of two central state owned enterprises making the list.
